At Montealegre Atelier, each piece is crafted with care and shipped with intention. We want your jewelry to arrive safely and securely.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time
Ready-to-Ship Pieces:
Orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase.
Made-to-Order Pieces:
Custom and made-to-order jewelry requires approximately 3 weeks from order confirmation to shipment. You will receive updates throughout the creation process.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the nature of your order.
Standard Shipping:
Complimentary on all orders. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after shipment.
Expedited Shipping:
Available at checkout for an additional fee. Options include 2-day and overnight delivery where available.
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Signature Confirmation:
Orders valued at $500 or more require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at atelier@montealegreatelier.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 48 hours at atelier@montealegreatelier.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
Montealegre Atelier is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend selecting signature confirmation for high-value orders or shipping to a secure location.
Damaged Shipments
If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at atelier@montealegreatelier.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
