Cast in solid .925 sterling silver using the ancient lost-wax method, this necklace is two pieces in one — a reversible monument to the dual nature of matter itself.

One side: slim, stacked bars rise in architectural relief, their surfaces shifting between satin and occasional shine — like stone columns worn smooth by centuries of wind and touch.

The other: silver that appears to have surrendered to heat, flowing and freezing  — a surface that reads like molten chocolate, caught at the exact moment of transformation.

Both sides command. Both satisfy completely. 

The slabs — each approximately 12 × 8 mm — are linked by elongated hand-formed connectors, approximately 11 mm, that move with the body rather than against it. The clasp is not an afterthought. It is a hand-formed S-clasp meeting a custom box — made for this necklace, and no other.

This is a piece that refuses to be ordinary on either side of itself.

Care Instructions

Wipe gently with a soft cloth. To polish or remove tarnish if it has not been worn or has been lightly scuffed, use provided polishing pad.  Allow creams or perfume to fully dry before putting on jewelry. Avoid bleach and chlorine.
